Bill discuses improving mental health at work and provides tips on managing stress at work during his interview with ABC’s Good Morning Delmarva.

Since the pandemic, the workforce has drastically changed and experts say many may find themselves struggling to cope with stress at work and their mental health.

In this interview with the nice folks at WMDT in Maryland, I talk about how a good first step when addressing your mental health is making sure the workplace you choose is one you feel comfortable in.

We also discuss things you can do to help yourself overcome difficult times at work such as going out in nature and getting fresh air at places like the beach or park or even just eating right and exercising.

You can watch the full interview here for more tips on managing stress at work.
