On understanding how your beliefs are formed and why your thinking has evolved into its present place in your life.

On June 20, 2023, I had the pleasure of talking about my book, Breadcrumbs: Finding a Philosophy of Life, with Donna Seebo from the Tacoma-based Donna Seebo Show. Donna is considered one of the top broadcasters in the country by authors who have been interviewed by her. Her radio show reaches some 128 countries worldwide.

During the interview, we explored a range of topics, including finding out how to contemplate your early experiences in life. In essence, during this discovery, you become your own personal investigator in finding out why you think the way you do, how your beliefs are formed, and why your thinking has evolved into its present place in your life.

You can listen to the full interview here.
